Low-budget, but effective artwork was chosen which still gives the effect of certain grandness. The developer showed excellent taste in the selection of the interior materials, such as marble for the living and dining areas, parquet for the bedrooms and ceramics for the toilets and kitchen which the designer thought should be fully displayed and not hidden by carpets. The choice of curtains was a unique one, because these could be switched around for day or night.
